The Board of Advanced Medical Solutions (AMS) plc is committed to maintaining a proactive investor communications programme, aimed at supporting our shares trading on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) under the stock symbol AMS Our shares were admitted to AIM on the 30 of April, 2002 and our next financial year end is 31 December, 2012.

Through this section of our website, we aim to improve the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of how we communicate and deliver relevant information to our investors. In addition, AIM Rule 26 requirements are detailed in a dedicated section for visitors who want a single access point to this information.
Our objective is to build long-term relationships with existing and potential investors, based on trust, track record and a sound understanding of our key value drivers. Our aim is to enable investors to make informed investment decisions about our investor proposition.

Investors are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting where they can meet the senior management team and other company contacts and advisers. Directors are always accessible to shareholders and we strive to address all queries promptly.
